I was at my wits’ end regarding a worker’s compensation claim. The insurance company had placed my case in suspended animation. All the while, I was in desperate need of a pretty serious surgery. I guess the mantra amongst insurance companies of ‘deny, dispose, and delay’ is very true, to a great extent. He accepted the case, and then suddenly, a case that had been delayed for over 18 months miraculously started moving forward. My personal injury was with the Federal Government. They are a protected entity. Mr.Farrar took my case after seeing photos of my injury that happened in late 2013. The government’s first offer was low and they stuck by that offer and would not budge. Mr. Farrar then prepared us to go to court. My case was to be heard in October 2018. Mr. Farrar worked hard to get me a fair settlement and once they saw that we were not backing down, they decided they would rather settle than go to court. In July 2019 Mr. Farrar got them to agree to a fair amount and we settled. Mr. Farrar was caring, compassionate and loyal. He kept me informed from the begining until the end. If anyone I know needs a personal injury attorney, I would highly recommend him.
