Matthew “Matt” Hennesy’s dedication to the legal profession was inspired early by his father’s commitment to helping injured individuals. Growing up witnessing his father’s advocacy for those hurt through negligence, Matt pursued a career in law, earning a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Georgia in 2000 and a Juris Doctorate from John Marshall Law School in 2004. Today, he specializes in representing victims of automobile accidents and workplace injuries, finding deep fulfillment in navigating and resolving challenging insurance claims. One of his significant achievements includes securing a record $2 million settlement in a wrongful death claim involving a 91-year-old, marking a significant victory in his practice. Beyond his legal work, Matt actively supports community initiatives such as the Childhood Cancer Awareness Group of Coffee County and holds positions in various professional and civic organizations. A passionate Georgia Bulldogs supporter, Matt enjoys traveling the American South with his wife, Lori, and their daughter.
